Privacy
This notice covers this website, 100-dc.com. The sites, tours and platforms we build for our clients have their own policies, shown inside each one.
The brief form
When you send us a brief you give us your name, work email and organisation, and, if you choose, what you need, your timeline, your budget range and a message. We also note the page you sent it from.
It goes into our own sales system, part of the Tera platform, and we receive an email about it. We use it to reply to you and follow up about your project, and for nothing else. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone outside our team.
Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. It’s the same consent tool we offer our clients, TeraConsent.
- One cookie, always:
tcn_consentremembers your choice so we don’t ask again on every page. It lasts a year. - Analytics, only if you say yes: our own analytics, TeraMetrics, records the pages you view, how far you scroll, links you follow out of the site and time spent. It uses no cookies: it keeps a random visitor and session id in your browser’s local storage, and your IP address is stored only in hashed form. If you decline, nothing is sent.
- No advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
You can change your mind at any time: , or use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing removes the analytics ids from your browser. See Cookies for the full list.
Where it’s kept
The website, the cookie banner, the analytics and the briefs run on our own systems, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Like any website, our hosting keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use our privacy request form, which confirms your email address before it acts, or write tofabio@100-dc.com.
